So last year, I did a Mother’s Day macaron box with all kinds of luxurious flavors. They were flavors that most moms would drool over at a nice hotel or a luxurious brunch. But let’s be real: how often do we actually get to indulge in banana pecan French toast, grapefruit and mimosas? Usually it’s a bowl of cereal, a pop tart, or even just a cup of coffee. With Mother’s Day right around the corner, the “quick breakfast” flavors for this month seemed very fitting. 😆

Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Macarons made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust, filled with Cinnadust buttercream, and topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbles.

Cocoa Pebbles

Chocolate macarons, made with Cocoa Pebbles cereal and topped with Cocoa Pebbles crumbles. Filled with Cocoa Pebbles buttercream

Fruity Pebbles

Macarons blended with Fruity Pebbles cereal, topped with Fruity Pebbles crumbles. Filled with Fruity Pebbles buttercream.

Honey Nut Cheerios

A couple of you requested that I do blondies again for the special treat this month! The funfetti blondies I made last month were delicious, but I found a recipe for cinnamon roll blondies and HAD to try. Since I was already making Cinnamon Toast Crunch macarons, I made the blondies with Cinnadust and Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbles. So good!
I also made some gluten friendly salted caramel white chocolate macadamia blondies, for my gluten sensitive members!
