ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Steph. I’m originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, but I moved to Ocala, Florida in 2008. Here, I met my wonderful husband, and together we have 4 children—two boys and twin girls! I’ve been baking since I was 16, but I didn’t do many cookies until May 2019. I love baking because it combines my two loves—food and making art!

EXPERIENCE

I started my baking journey by making and selling cupcakes in high school (in 2007) for $1 each! I then began making cakes and macarons. It was what I loved to do, and many people told me I needed to open a business, but I never seriously considered it. It was just a hobby, until I became a stay-at-home mom, in need of a creative outlet and some extra income. Over a decade of baking and dessert decorating turned into my passion project and cottage home business, Steph’s Sweets Boutique!
